Another Solid Performance from ServerCase Team.
Ive always turned to Server Cases when sourcing chassis for my homelab, and once again, they came throughthis time with a tricky issue. Back in March, I purchased two small server chassis and quickly discovered that the rails Id ordered were incompatible. After confirming with Lee from their team that no listed rail set would fit, the hunt began for a workable alternative.Fast forward to August, and Server Cases delivered.Lets be honest if youve got a rack, youll want rails. For four months, they chased suppliers and tested every compatible rail listed by the manufacturer to find a solution that I could install and forget. Most companies, especially with their own stock sitting on the shelf, wouldve taken the easy routeRMAd their own stock and moved on, case closed. But not Server Cases. They stuck with it, kept me informed week after week, and ultimately found a compatible rail set. And even after all that effort, they still RMAd and refunded the original, non-compatible rails from March without hesitation.Huge thanks to the team for solving the issueand especially for the consistent updates throughout the process. For context I requested status updates nearly every week, and although I worried I might be pushing the envelope, they never failed to respond. Even the Founder and CTO stepped in to communicate directly during staff absencesa sign of leadership thats hands-on and genuinely cares.Ill definitely be returning for future purchases, and Ive already recommended Server Cases to colleagues in my network, you should too.
